You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, scrape it abusively, or misuse its forms.

A website inquiry is a request to discuss work, not an accepted order or binding quote. A project begins only when BATSTACK and the client accept a written proposal or agreement and any required initial payment is received.

Clients must provide accurate requirements, content, approvals, access, and feedback on time. Delays or scope changes may affect estimates, schedules, and fees.

Payment milestones, taxes, revision limits, third-party costs, cancellation terms, and refunds are stated in the applicable proposal. Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may be quoted separately.

BATSTACK retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, libraries, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables transfers only as stated in the project agreement and after all applicable invoices are paid. Website content, branding, and portfolio materials may not be copied without permission.

Projects and this site may depend on third-party hosting, domains, APIs, payment providers, email, analytics, or open-source software. Their separate terms apply, and BATSTACK is not responsible for outages or changes outside its reasonable control.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BATSTACK excludes indirect or consequential loss. Any project warranty, support commitment, and liability cap is defined in the signed project agreement.
